Are your perfumes 100% natural?
Yes. Every scent is 100% plant-based, using raw botanical extracts and upcycled Barossa grape spirit. We are strictly free from synthetic musks, phthalates, parabens, and petroleum-derived ingredients.
How long does the perfume last?
As these are scents that live close to the skin, they are designed to evolve over time rather than announce themselves. You can typically expect 4 to 6 hours of wear as the botanical notes breathe and change with your skin.
Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
While our ingredients are entirely plant-derived, we always recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing a new perfume during pregnancy. We are happy to provide a full ingredient list for your peace of mind.
I get headaches from traditional perfume; will this be different?
Many people turn to Botanic Enve specifically for "headache-free" alternatives. By removing the synthetic fixatives and musks found in mass-market fragrance, we offer a cleaner, more biocompatible experience for sensitive systems.
What is the best way to apply the perfume?
Apply to pulse points and let the scent dry naturally. Avoid rubbing your wrists together, as this "crushes" the delicate botanical notes and alters how the perfume develops on your skin.
How should I store my bottles?
Natural ingredients are alive and sensitive to light and heat. To protect the integrity of the extracts, store your perfume in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We recommend keeping them out of high-humidity areas like bathrooms.
Can I return my order?
We accept returns on unopened, unused 30ml bottles within 14 days of delivery. If you are trying a scent for the first time, we always recommend starting with a Discovery Set to ensure the perfume settles well on your skin.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes. If you are in Adelaide, you can select local collection at checkout. We will reach out via email to coordinate a time for you to visit our Adelaide address.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship all orders within 2 to 3 business days via Australia Post. Once your order is in transit, you will receive a tracking number to follow its progress.

We send all orders via regular Australia Post. If you need it faster, just get in touch and we’ll see what we can do. You’re also welcome to pick up your order from our Coromandel Valley studio.
Returns & Exchanges:
You’ve got 14 days from purchase to return or exchange. For exchanges, send the item back unused and unopened, at your cost. Refunds are only available if the item is faulty, defective, or causes an allergic reaction. Please pack it carefully and include proof of purchase. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
