We want you to love your Botanic Enve purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In its original packaging, with tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be sent to:

Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if:

The item is damaged,

You receive the wrong item, or
-
There are any other issues with your delivery.
We'll do our best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items

Gift cards

Opened personal care items (including perfumes)

Custom or personalised products
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before returning.
Exchanges
Need something different?
The quickest way is to return your item (once approved) and place a new order for the one you want.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
