We do our best to process all orders as quickly as possible—usually within 2–5 business days. Please note that during busy periods or SALE events, dispatch and delivery timeframes may be extended.

🚚 DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Delivery timeframes are a guide only and begin from the date of dispatch. We’ll always do our best to meet these, but delays with postal services are out of our control.

If no one is home to receive your parcel, it will usually be held at your local postal facility for a short time. If it can’t be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll get in touch to organise an alternative delivery arrangement.

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $120.

• Flat rate of $7.95 for orders under $120.

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, though regional areas may take a little longer.

• You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Please allow 2–5 business days for us to process and pack your order. Our perfumes are handmade in small batches with care.
